Mercato: It's official, Gianluigi Buffon signed in Paris Saint-Germain

It's a legend that arrives in Paris! Since this Friday, Gianluigi Buffon is a PSG player. After Ibrahimovic (2012-2016), David Beckham (2013) and Neymar last summer, the Parisian club attracts a new figure in international football. Free since his departure from Juventus Turin at the end of last season, the Italian goalkeeper has committed for a year with the champion of France (with another year option).

Buffon has signed up for a year including an optional extra. "For the first time in my career, I leave my country and only such an ambitious project could lead me to make such a decision. I thank the club and the President for their trust" he said in a communiqué from the club.
