Google is testing a new feature in beta in its phone application to filter spam or junk calls. In theory, users will no longer be harassed since calls for commercial services using bots should stop thanks to this new option made available. On the other hand, the application is only compatible with certain smartphones.
As Android headlines reveals, Google deploys a new feature for its phone application to filter out the most malicious calls. The application would allow by analyzing the calls to know which ones are spam and then block them. Google needs recoil to be able to offer an excellent service and asks the beta users a constructive return to allow developers to propose the best application possible.
The app is available on Android stock smartphones like Nexus and Pixel. To participate in the beta program, it is very simple, just go to the page of the Play Store and validate the participation in the program. Then just wait a few minutes and update the application to be able to take advantage of the latest features. It is of course possible to go back to cancel its participation in the beta and return to a "general public" application.
